Gluten free apple pie

Ingredients


Dry:

  • 180 gr chickpea flour
  • 6Tb cornstarch
  • 4Tb almond flour or use more chickpea flour
  • 1/2 ts salt
  • zest of half a lemon
  • 1 Tb baking powder
  • spices

Wet:

  • 3 Tb lemon juice
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 1 ts vanillla extract
  • 1c water
  • 1/2 c oil
  • 2-3 apple sliced

 

Instructions

  • 1. Mix all dry ingredients except baking powder
  • 2. Combain wet ingredients
  • 3. Place in blender all ingredients and blent the butter until is smooth. If needed add more juice or water
  • 4. Now, pour butter into the bowl and add baking powder use a spoon to mix well
  • 5. Add sliced apples
  • 6. Pour mixture into pan
  • 7. Bake for 1hour in preheat oven 350F

Can use this recipe for baking doughnuts as well.
